Creative Projects
From time to time Clarion New Media produces projects for no reason other than they want to, and the projects are a learning place for new technologies and techniques.
In The Studio with Hebru Brantley
Hebru Brantley is an artist in Chicago who was about to have his first solo show, and Clarion New Media’s not-for-profit partner organization Sixty Inches from Center wanted to feature his work and give interested parties insight into who he is and how he works. This was a great opportunity for Clarion New Media to experiment with time lapse photography.
For six weeks, Clarion New Media installed a time lapse camera inside Hebru’s studio that took a picture every five seconds for 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The time lapse footage was combined with Skype interviews and visits in the studio.
